Another week another goal

Sorry it took me a while to write back. The week of March 11th was a success! I only worked out 6 days but 6 days I did! This week I worked out Sunday, Thursday and Friday. Sunday and Thursday were Jillian Micheals 60 minute video that made me feel like I haven't worked out in a year! Then Friday was the elliptical for 30 minutes then weights focusing on the chest, biceps, and abs. I work Sat and Sunday so those days might be a bust but I pray I can get my booty up and at least do 30 of cardio both days. If I hit the gym hard on Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, and Saturday you'll see a happy girl!

Pitfalls and struggles. Well the first one being the obvious...my work schedule and clinical schedule. They suck! But since I can not get rid of either one a women's gotta do what a women gotta do! Next is my eating habits!!! My self control has jump out of a very high window! I need to focus on that this week. More water less crap no chocolate!!!
